As a Booking Support Specialist you will be an overall support person for the office staff.
Your everyday duties will include:
- Answering a high volume of customer calls
- Booking and Managing Customers in our internal booking system
- Managing future trip requests
- Recording travel insurance purchases, modifications and refusals
- Sending out travel insurance waivers to people that haven't purchased insurance.
- Collect and organize Driver License & Passports for all Flying and International Trips
- Assemble and Disassemble totes for all trips
Your secondary duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist with booking international and flying trips with various outside vendors
- Assist with managing Airline contracts and ticketing for Flying trips
Salary : $16 - $18
