Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth in the EnviroKlenz and Fast-Act Brands. You will prospect potential Customers, build relationships with key decision-makers, and present the company's products and services to prospective Customers. Your role involves developing strategies to penetrate new markets, expand into new territories, and increase our Customer base. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

About the Sales Team:
The Sales/Marketing Team’s Mission is to drive sales growth by being the trusted advisor to Customers and prospects for advanced technologies for air, personal effects, and surface decontamination.
We are proud to have a 90 % Customer retention rate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify Customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the target Customer segments to pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, new partnerships, and new products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration of the product line to align with market trends and Customer needs.
- Actively collaborate with the marketing team to drive the creation of effective promotional campaigns, lead generation strategies, and targeted marketing materials, as collaboration is a critical function of this position.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to support and enhance product knowledge and selling skills to deliver exceptional Customer service.
- Create and track sales goals and forecasts, and report results as necessary.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to drive a continuous pipeline of innovative Customer-centric products that exceed industry standards and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches in partnership with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key Customers, addressing Customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Enhance brand visibility and drive industry engagement through strategic attendance at conferences and events, building valuable partner relationships, staying current with trends, and gaining competitive and Customer insights.
- Monitor market dynamics, including the competitive landscape and regulatory requirements to inform product development and positioning strategies.
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of sales management and business development experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Experience in B2B and B2G sales, developing individual representative networks, and managing distributors.
- Familiarity with the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry with a strong commitment to improving indoor air quality is preferred.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Experience in owning and meeting defined sales goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with Customers, stakeholders, and Associates.
- Dedication to providing great Customer service always.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM, with emphasis on NetSuite.
- Experience in developing and executing training programs.
- The ability to travel regularly to client sites.
