What are the responsibilities and job description for the Package Assembler position at Timilon Corporation?
The Packaging Assembler will be responsible for the assembly/packaging of all finished products that Timilon offers for distribution.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- The Packaging Assembler will assemble FAST-ACT® decontamination mitts to quality standards and specifications. This includes filling mitts with powder, heat sealing, folding, and packaging.
- The Packaging Assembler will assemble air filter cartridges to quality standards and specifications. This includes filling hexacombs, papering hexacombs, framing filter cartridges, bagging and labeling.
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment in accordance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to produce materials for sale and testing.
- Observe equipment operation as well as process flows and suggest improvements to optimize production capabilities.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Perform auxiliary functions as needed.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in an assembly line role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- May require a respirator.
