Description : Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant serves as a receptionist, answering phones, greeting clients, and performing general office tasks. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with other team members and interact with customers in a meaningful way by helping them accomplish their objectives. The Administrative Assistant will participate in developing and executing strategic objectives of the company, including quality control, process enhancement, and relationship development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Duties :
- Greet visitors to the office and provide them with any assistance they may need, making the visit a welcoming and pleasant experience (i.e. offer coffee, water).
- Answering phone calls and directing them to proper personnel.
- Opening Orders (Integration & Manual).
- Shipping recorded documents to buyer, seller, lender, or borrower.
- Vendor check mail outs.
- Distribute incoming office mail.
- Maintain office supply inventory and keep office organized.
