We are seeking a Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and experienced in social media marketing, content creation, and engagement strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and interact with our audience in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
- Create graphics, reels, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing software.
- Research and implement social media trends relevant to the legal industry.
- Optimize content for reach and engagement, including hashtag strategies and keyword optimization.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Assist with content repurposing for blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with social media algorithm changes and best practices.
