Civil Project Engineer II/III - Private Land Development
Summary:
A Civil Project Engineer II/III is responsible for designing portions of projects, completing calculations, and preparing specifications materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design project components using office software, modeling, and Civil 3D technology
- Perform engineering calculations and problem-solving
- Prepare specifications materials through research and manufacturing catalogs
- Complete design details and plan sets
- Conduct research and write objective summary reports
- Assist with cost estimates and field observation
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2-10 years of experience in Land Development civil engineering
- EIT certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
