Job Description
Timmons Group is currently seeking a Program Manager / Development Manager for our program management and development management practice in our Richmond, VA office location.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who possesses a strong background in land development and / or building construction project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. On behalf of our clients, they will manage all aspects of large-scale land development, infrastructure and economic development projects ensuring smooth and timely project delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to :
- Schedule and lead meetings
- Facilitate communications between stakeholders
- Log and track outstanding issues and drive resolution
- Write proformas and conduct feasibility studies
- Aid in site selection
- Perform project programming and scheduling
- Facilitate conceptual design meetings and pricing
- Facilitate design development reviews
- Prepare and administer RFPs
- Provide procurement support
- Assist with land development and building permitting
- Provide contracting support and construction administration
- Assist with development / construction team augmentation
- Provide quality assurance and project reporting
- Provide punch out administration
- Complete project closeout
- Drive resolution of outstanding issues
