Our client is seeking a proactive and personable Client Success Manager to cultivate strong
client relationships, manage projects, and identify expansion opportunities within existing
accounts. This individual will support their mission by ensuring clients realize the full potential of
our adaptive learning platform for skills training and generative AI-powered curriculum builder,
designed to create robust, customized coursework. You'll work across universities, education
companies, and corporations, driving engagement and enabling growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders across diverse
industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact post-sales, ensuring client goals are met and
exceeded.
- Serve as a client advocate by collecting feedback and ensuring alignment with
their evolving needs.
- Oversee implementation and adoption of QuantHub’s adaptive learning and
curriculum solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and engagement training to maximize utilization
of QuantHub’s tools.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client
accounts to drive incremental revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in a client-facing role, ideally at a top 10 consulting firm or in a SaaS
environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead strategic account growth.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create impactful presentations and
analyze complex data.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an engaging personality that builds trust and
rapport.
- MBA preferred, or equivalent experience with a strong business acumen.
