What You’ll Do
- Work with the K-12 Outreach Coordinator during school implementations of the QuantHub Data Literacy Program in the state of Alabama.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, deploy, and evaluate teacher professional development and middle and high school Data Literacy programs using a self-paced instructional software.
- Develop documentation to ensure school personnel buy-in, trust, and adoption.
- Adapt implementation plans per school use cases and needs depending on class selection, technology access, and school goals.
- Maintain close relationships with district and school administration and teachers.
- Assist in the communication of program information to all K-12 principals, assistant principals, and subject area supervisors.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for evaluation and value demonstrations.
- Assist with alignment of curriculum, assessment, and instruction to district goals and state standards.
What You'll Bring
- Experience of 3 years within the K-12 public education sector, preferred in the state of Alabama, either as a public education employee or vendor.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in education, communication, or related field with experience or certification in implementation and project management.
- Experience in impact tracking, data collection, and data analysis.
