Role Overview : As an Associate Attorney at Timoney Knox LLP, you will play an important role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include drafting various documents, assisting with legal and non-legal research, and handling a diverse range of legal matters across all of the firm's practice areas. Your strong matter management and communication skills will be vital as you interact with other team members and clients, contributing to the firm's continued success. A significant portion of work performed will be in the Firm's education practice group.

Requirements :

Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission to other State Bars is a plus)

Strong client management and communication skills

Strong writing skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Ability to handle in-depth research assignments, both legal and non-legal

Ability to manage multiple assignments

Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team

Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, PA.

Preferred Qualifications :

Familiarity with Pennsylvania Rules of Procedure

Familiarity with Litigation, including Discovery

Judicial Clerkship experience a plus
