Responsibilities

- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching to enhance the visual appeal of gardens and flower beds.
- Irrigate plants and lawns efficiently to maintain optimal moisture levels.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various groundskeeping tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all groundskeeping equipment and tools.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, identifying any issues that may require attention or treatment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques, including knowledge of plant care requirements.
- Experience with lawn care practices such as irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest control.
- Familiarity with operating power tools (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers) as well as hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes).
