Do you have Warranty process/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment? Timpte is seeking a Warranty Manager for our David City, Ne manufacturing facility. The Warranty Manager will manage and enhance the warranty process for customers to ensure that internal and customer-specific processes are followed, minimizing unexpected warranty expense and improve customer satisfaction.
PAY for this position is $75-100k/year (depending upon experience) monthly bonus!!
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams to Resolve Prioritized Warranty / Quality Items
- Train Warranty Administrators to actively look for problem trends to identify problems based on Warranty data
- Support Internal Reporting Systems for warranty review for all Timpte locations and products
- Interface with Engineering, Purchasing/Materials and Production Management to highlight opportunities for product improvement through design, vendor and process review
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
- Must have a Technical Degree in related field and 5 years of progressive Warranty experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written when dealing with customers and others.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and similar programs.
- Must have or be able to achieve a high level of understanding of Timpte manufacturing processes and Timpte trailer parts.
- Must be able to multi-task different job assignments at the same time.
