Lot Porter/Detailer/Driver

Overview
We are currently seeking a person with a team player mentality. This job consists of a variety of duties that change throughout your shift. You may be pulling up vehicles for customers to drive, putting air in the tires, a quick interior detail wipe down to picking up and dropping cars off at various locations. The more experience you have with anything related to automotive, the better. We are currently expanding with body work, painting, window tints, tuners, ect...We are a second chance company as well. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our lot while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include preparing vehicles for display, ensuring that the lot and each vehicle is clean and presentable, and assisting customers as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Inventory/Lot Porter. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics and warehouse processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and warehouse area- Ordering parts - Assist with order fulfillment and materials management - Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods - Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with category management - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations - Perform general warehouse duties as needed Skills: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations - Ability to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) is a plus Join our team as a Lot Porter and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the lot by performing regular cleaning tasks, including washing vehicles and removing debris.
• Ensure all vehicles are displayed in an organized manner, paying attention to detail.
• Assist with window tinting and buffing as required to enhance vehicle presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with inquiries about vehicles.
• Conduct custodial duties to keep the facility tidy and welcoming for customers.
• Drive vehicles safely within the lot and to designated areas as needed.
• Perform car wash services to ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before display or delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is essential.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance or detailing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and responsibly.
