Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill our bartender/server hybrid position to provide an excellent guest experience. Candidates will pour beer from our 24 taps, pour wine, prepare our signature cocktails, take orders using the POS, serve food and bus tables. Compensation includes minimum wage plus tips. Weekend availability a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Clean and bus tables between customers
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/server
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
