Salary $50K and up DOE

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

The Slot Performance Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation and performance of all EGMs on the gaming floor through effective leadership and supervision of Slot Technician staff.

• Maintaining required documentation of game moves, maintenance and repair logs, and purchase orders and requisitions for game machine parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all South Dakota Gaming regulations and procedures.
• Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance.
• Responsible for reviewing reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems and implementing appropriate maintenance and repair lists.
• Analytical skills to optimize machine placement for casino floor revenue optimization.
• Confer with slot equipment and parts manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner.
• Develop and monitor regular maintenance schedules to maintain slot machinery.
• Training Slot Personnel and troubleshooting slot machine malfunctions. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities to individual team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong analytical ability with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in electronics and maintenance of technical equipment, game machines, or slot machines with some formal training in related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of the mechanics, electronics, and electrical functions of gaming machines. Experience with Casino Management Systems preferred.
• Must be able to work with various hand tools and power tools, stand and walk for duration of shift, and stoop, kneel, and crouch while repairing gaming machines.
• Must be able to push and pull machines and maneuver weights up to 100 pounds.
• Must pass background check and obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and/or certifications.
