Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or Toast POS systems, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit payments.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain knowledge of health regulations within the food industry.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Skills
