Assistant General Manager-Tin Roof Myrtle Beach
Tin Roof, A Live Music Joint based out of Nashville, TN with 20 locations across 17 states, is seeking a professional & enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to lead the Myrtle Beach team located at 1410 N Ocean Boulevard on the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach. This position will be based in Myrtle Beach and report directly to the Myrtle Beach location’s General Manager. The position’s responsibility will be to oversee daily operations to ensure the Myrtle Beach location exceeds expectations in customer service, staff development, entertainment, food quality, marketing & promotions, all leading to a financially successful bar & restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead trainer
- FOH scheduling
- BOH schedule review
- Execute operational systems with crew
- Opening, closing & shift duties for crew
- Review comps/voids
- Keep the FOH up to speed on communication from the manager meetings and upcoming events/promotions
- Continual beverage and food suggestive selling training as well as steps of service
- Continually running contests and keeping team motivated (communicate with Chef on contest ideas to ensure proper food prep)
- Inventory management
- Location readiness guide
Qualifications include:
- Bar & restaurant experience a must.
- Bartending and/or serving experience in a bar centric atmosphere.
- Management and/or leadership experience in the bar & restaurant industry.
- Professional, results driven approach.
- Outgoing personality that inspires teammates.
- Team oriented, positive, and enthusiastic outlook and approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
