Youre Good At
- You visually inspect all plates prior to delivery to include verifying portion, presentation and guests specifications.
- You like being responsible for all aspects of food delivery; set up and stock product for each shift; maintain backup storage; and clean, sanitize and maintain slide area, equipment, utensils and tools.
- You like to organize and deliver dishes to the guests.
- You can handle difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM; Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
- You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak well. You can explain just about anything to anyone
- You prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
- You practice what you preach.
