What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hearing Representative position at Tina Odjaghian Law Group?
Our growing litigation firm is looking for a hearing representative to join our team.
Experience and knowledge of CA workers' compensation laws is required.
We are a close-knit team with an excellent track record that advocates for a select group of injured workers who have sustained catastrophic injuries on the job.
Duties include, but are not limited to: review file and provide thorough analysis as well as a resolution to move the cases forward; research case law, statutes, and regulations; attend hearings and thoroughly report on appearances; provide legal support to the assigned case managers; draft legal documents;
Must have excellent telephone manners and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, etc. and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
We handle serious cases and are looking to train a hearing representative in workers’ compensation litigation from A to Z.
Applicants MUST have one to four years of related experience.
Please note that this is an in-office position at our Woodland Hills office. Remote work is not offered. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 per year - depending on experience.
Bonus opportunities are available as well.
