What You’ll Do
As the front office coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team of dental professionals, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient records.
- Technology Integration: Embrace and optimize our use of dental software and digital tools to improve workflows and patient experiences.
- Patient Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Financial Management: Oversee accounts receivable/payable, insurance claims processing, and financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards within the practice.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years in office management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Technological Savvy: Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive office culture.
