Job Summary :
The Homecare Community Liaison will act as the bridge between Tinash Homecare Services LLC and the local community. This role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential clients to promote our services and ensure a positive community presence.
Key Responsibilities :
Community Engagement :
Establish and nurture relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of Tinash Homecare Services LLC and its offerings.
Outreach and Networking :
Attend community events, health fairs, and networking meetings to represent the company and engage with potential clients and referral sources.
Client Referrals :
Work closely with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and coordinate with the care team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Marketing and Promotion :
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement community outreach strategies, promotional materials, and social media campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility.
Feedback and Improvement :
Gather feedback from the community and clients to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Educational Workshops :
Organize and conduct educational workshops or seminars on topics related to homecare services to inform the community and address their needs.
Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral sources, and client interactions. Prepare reports and analyze data to measure the success of community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or sales, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
