Job Summary :
As a PAS Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising field staff, coordinating client care, and ensuring the delivery of services according to agency policies and procedures. You'll also provide in-service education, perform initial home care visits, and monitor client progress to ensure high-quality care. Your role will involve following state and federal laws, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining accurate client records.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements :
- Have completed two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university. (Alternatively, a high school diploma or GED, combined with one year of full-time supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, can be substituted for each required year of college.)
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent documentation skills and the ability to interact positively with both clients and staff.
