We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Implementation Manager to oversee the execution of sales-related initiatives, vendor onboarding, and retail implementation. This person will ensure seamless coordination across multiple projects, managing data analytics, and supporting the sales team with critical operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive execution.
Role and Responsibilities
Vendor & Trade Show Management
- Facilitate new vendor setup, ensuring all documentation and systems are properly configured.
- Oversee trade show logistics, including registration bookings, booth setup, and coordination with internal teams.
- Manage display setup and ongoing maintenance to ensure consistency across sales channels.
Retail Execution & Promotion Management
- Ensure all retail execution components are properly set up, verifying that planned market offers align with in-store displays and online listings.
- Analyze promotion management data, identifying conflicts or inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to optimize promotions.
Systems, Training & Reporting
- Lead system setup and onboarding for new vendors and sales tools.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new systems, reporting tools, and sales enablement platforms.
- Manage reporting needs, tracking sales performance, promotions, and inventory data to support decision-making.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Develop and oversee project plans to ensure all sales initiatives are executed efficiently.
- Coordinate sleeving and rework projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage rework requirements by overseeing planning, execution, and alignment across teams.
- Create and maintain project plans in Teams or designated project tracking systems.
- Ensure all necessary supplies are ordered and available.
- Hold kickoff meetings with key departments to align on goals, timelines, and responsibilities.
New Customer & SKU Launch Success
- Ensure setup is complete in internal systems.
- Verify that system setup is fully operational.
- Confirm that OPS has all shipping requirements needed for a successful launch.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Sales Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a related role.
- Strong data analytics skills, with experience in promo management and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales enablement platforms.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and driving results.
Reports to: General Manager, North America
Salary Range: $85,000-$125,000
