Job Summary:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a BC general surgeon to work in an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in bread-and-butter general surgery, as well as upper and lower endoscopy. We offer a shared call schedule, inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities, and a built-in referral network.
Responsibilities:
- Perform surgical procedures in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Current board certification in general surgery
- Experience in performing surgical procedures in an outpatient setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
