As a Commercial Loan Consultant , you will be responsible for the following :
Assisting members or potential members via various in person, digital and / or telephonic means in obtaining the best solutions for their commercial lending needs.
Serving as the initial means of contact for members, providing them with the technical expertise to enable their successful utilization of TFCUs digital products and services.
Proactively conducting outbound calls to members to aid them in their portfolio needs, while educating them on enhanced products and services.
Ensuring the appropriate routing of members to other TFCU Services when it is determined commercial services are not the right fit for them.
Partnering with commercial lenders and loan support specialists to aid in contacting members to complete actions related to their commercial lending account.
Salary Range :
The starting pay is $23.71 / hour ; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education / Experience :
You must have a Highschool Diploma or equivalent and three years experience related to consumer lending is required. Experience in commercial lending is preferred. Applicable additional education levels may be eligible to satisfy experience requirements.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet group objectives within established or expected tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
