As a Commercial Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
Providing oversight of TFCU’s commercial loan portfolio
Performing quality assurance reviews, evaluating relationship risk ratings, and assessing overall compliance of commercial lending
Monitoring and reporting on commercial lending trends, strengths, and weaknesses within the commercial loan portfolio
Performing as an integral part of the team, ready to step in and assist other groups when necessary
Salary Range: This is an exempt position. The salary range is $83,129.62526 - $103,912.03157; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Anticipated schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice. Could be subjected to on-call status.
Education/Experience: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or relevant discipline and three years of experience of areas related to commercial lending, with a focus on loan review and/or underwriting.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Experience with non-profits and/or credit unions are preferred.

Certified Credit Union Business Lending Professional (CBLP) certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret financial statements.
