As a Teller, you will be responsible for the following:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $19.25/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Anticipated schedule Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm. Rotating Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. May need to work opening shift from 7:30am to 4:30pm or closing shift from 9:30am to 6:30pm Mon-Fri.
Education/Experience:
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent which is required and one-year applicable work experience in a related position is preferred. Financial institution experience preferred.

- Providing a wide variety of TFCU Services to members
- Responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services to members by various delivery methods
- Providing guidance to new and existing members in regard to the various credit union services with an emphasis on all current promotions
- Serving as the face of the credit union, greeting members and offering assistance as a needed, while following all standard operating procedures

- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority
- Complete regulations training
- TFCU University certification required and completed

- Adaptability skills to tackle any challenge and the aptitude to take initiative
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including rotating Saturdays
- Knowledge of policies and procedures as well as knowledge of TFCU products and services
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to work multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations as well as knowledge of privacy procedures, confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards
- Symitar navigation, NCR/Enterprise systems, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg J, Deluxe, Home Branch Messaging, MoneyGram, InfoImage, Co-Op locator, Synergy, QuickAssist, and Reg E Monetary Instrument log
- Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment
