As a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst II, you will be responsible for the following:
This is an exempt position. The salary range is $83,129.62526 - $103,912.03157; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Remote Work:
This position is eligible for remote work; however, preference will be given to candidates who reside in Oklahoma. The candidate may be required to attend on-site meetings, training sessions, and other operational activities at locations selected by TFCU. If this occurs, they will be expected to travel to those locations.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field is required. Three years of HRIS experience is required. Experience with DayForce or within financial institutions is preferred. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

- Serving as subject matter expert and maintaining the accuracy and reliability of TFCU’s HRIS.
- Contributing to best practices, ensuring data integrity, testing for new functionality and providing support, reporting, analysis, and training.
- Serving as a team member with enhanced experience who aids those at the lower levels when able.

- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP designation is preferred for levels I, II, III and required for the Sr Level. Experience may be substituted for certification at the rate of 1-year additional experience in addition to the minimum experience requirement.
- Certification relatable to CAP (Certified Analytics Professional), CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional) and/or a Project Management Professional (PMP) is required for the Sr Level.
