As an Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I, II, III, you will be responsible for the following:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate is $29.22-$44.36/hr; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule:
Anticipated schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice.
Education/Experience:
An associate degree in business, finance, technology, or related field is required. An associate degree in business, finance, technology, or related field is required for Level II. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related field for Level III is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant, but not required, certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.

As an Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I, II, III, you will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting in-depth testing on a wide variety of systems, applications, and enhancements to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
- Coordinating and leading all aspects of testing, creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development teams and vendors, to ensure functionality of software solutions.
- Ensuring service coverage, all other levels may also be required to complete duties for any other level.

- Level I: Requires two years experience within IT quality assurance or four years’ relevant work experience at TFCU. If the candidate completed the TFCU IT Functional Associate Training Program, then only one year of relevant work experience at TFCU is required.
- Level II: Requires four years experience within IT quality assurance.
- Level III: Requires four years experience within IT quality assurance.
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
In order to be successful as an Information Technology (IT) Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I, II, III, you must possess these qualifications:
- Knowledge in the use of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
- Research, analytical, and organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task work assignments.
- Knowledge of credit union operations, systems, and processes is required.
- Ability to work after normal work hours and on weekends, in order to meet project timelines.
