Tinker Federal Credit Unions Mortgage Lending department has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President (SVP), Mortgage Lending. As the SVP Mortgage Lending , you will be responsible for the following :

Maintaining responsibility for the execution of TFCUs overall direction and strategic initiatives for the Mortgage Lending Department.
Overseeing mortgage lending operations, including loan origination, processing, underwriting and closing processes.
Evaluating and implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency and automation in mortgage lending processes.
Analyzing market trends, interest rate movements, and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing strategies and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures for Mortgage Lending that are in accordance with credit union goals and strategies.

Salary Range :

The salary range begins at $212,648, however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education / Experience / Certifications :

A bachelors degree in business or another related field.

Ten years of mortgage lending experience, with at least three years of management-level mortgage experience.

Keys to success :

In order to be successful the SVP Mortgage Lending , you must possess these qualifications :

Knowledge of credit lending and loan administration.

Strong knowledge of mortgage lending, mortgage regulations and mortgage-backed securities, investor guidelines, bankruptcy and foreclosure laws, and applicable regulations.

Ability to motivate and influence others, foster sound relationships, present a trustworthy and diplomatic image, and deal effectively with others concerning topics of a personal or sensitive nature.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions while dealing with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Ability to retain information and knowledge of TFCU and regulatory policies and procedures.

Must be thoroughly knowledgeable of federal, state and NCUA regulations and how they apply to job and duties thereof.

Ability to analyze, understand, and communicate market movements, economic conditions, and risk factors as they relate to financial concepts, product pricing / valuations, etc.

Ability to write reports, correspondence, policies, and procedures.

Ability to work with strict deadlines and under pressure.
