Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
- Develop and present data-driven, consumer-centric strategies for experiential marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand discovery processes, including research, competitive analysis, and audience profiling.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and strategic frameworks that align with client goals.
- Partner with creative teams to translate strategies into breakthrough concepts and activations.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas to experiential campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
- Serve as the bridge between client vision and creative execution, maintaining consistency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Build strong relationships with clients by articulating clear, innovative, and actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client ROI and campaign impact.
- Stay on top of trends in experiential marketing, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience feedback to inform future strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover audience motivations and behaviors.
- Guide junior strategists and team members, providing mentorship and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Contribute to agency thought leadership through blog posts, panels, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in a strategy role, preferably within experiential marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of experiential marketing trends, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
