JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A/R AND APEX SPECIALIST
Invoicing tickets for products purchased from our quarry as well as from our two asphalt plants through the Apex software system weekly. Apply payments from customers daily to those invoices. Send statements to customers monthly. Generate information on sales tax reporting and severance tax. Assist personnel at the quarry and plants with any information they may need from Apex related to the customer’s account. Call customers who have not paid their invoices. Help other office staff with various tasks.
Experience with Excel a must. Needs to be very organized and pay very close attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
