Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to join our construction team. As a APO, you will be responsible for operating the asphalt plant, ordering materials needed for production, ensuring the asphalt is mixed within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Responsibilities:
- work closely with asphalt paving superindent, truck foreman and project managers
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Skills:
- Asphalt plant experience is recommended and pay will be based off of experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
