Brand Manager
As Brand Manager for Tinsley Creative, you will be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, market consultation and competitor research, and using various data to drive volume and profitability for our clients.
You will work closely with the account management team to help develop, produce, and execute marketing and advertising strategies for our client’s brand initiatives.
You will be supporting your Senior Brand Manager(s) and Brand Partner(s) as well as handling your associated client responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Support Brand Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing brand strategies in line with the overall marketing and business goals of the client.
- Project Management / Production: Assist in the management of client projects based on specifications, budget, and deadlines.
· Implement Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the daily execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
· Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze market data, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to support brand positioning and strategy.
· Monitor Brand Performance: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, market share, and brand awareness.
· Coordinate Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce content and materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
· Manage Budgets: Oversee and maintain the budget for brand activities, ensuring expenditures are aligned with planned campaigns and objectives.
· Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a point of contact for day-to-day communication and brand-related inquiries.
· Maintain Client Archives: Manage client references and digital archives for all assigned accounts, ensuring documentation of past work, work-in-progress, and all necessary information to meet client standards.
- Proofreading and Quality Control: Proofread copy, artwork, agency, and printer proofs as requested; ensure all work undergoes the standard agency approval process.
- Content Creation: Write pitches, blog posts, press releases, and articles as appropriate, aligning with brand messaging and communication strategies.
- Manage Social Media Content: Oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts in line with the brand’s strategy and goals.
· Other duties as assigned
Preferred - EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in brand management, demonstrating a deeper understanding of the role.
· Skills: Advanced organizational skills, team leadership, and proficiency in relevant tools. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
