Job Description/Overview
The Customer Experience Coordinator is the point of contact for new and existing clients. This position is responsible for incoming calls, emails, lead forms, and walk-ins; ensuring the smooth cooperation of the shop work flow by checking in customers, establishing service requests, setting customer expectations, and communicating with each customer through every part of the process.
Responsibilities
- Receive and follow up with sales leads via phone, email and text
- Schedule appointments for two locations
- Greet customers, process payments, provide warranty information
- Communicate with technicians about job details
- Keep lounge and beverage area organized and stocked
- Generate new revenue from existing leads, previous customers, new prospects

Professionalism and consistency projecting the Tint King brand is essential. A positive attitude and great communication skills are a must. Technical knowledge of web research, social media, communication apps is beneficial.
The company offers a competitive compensation plan for this full-time position, which may include Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
