As a Sales Manager at Tint World Manchester, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operation which include: driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be critical in promoting the Tint World brand, delivering high-quality automotive products and services, and achieving sales goals. You’ll work closely with the franchise owner and team members to maintain a productive and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Drive retail sales performance in-person, via leads and upselling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the needs of the local market.
Customer Relations:
- Ensure that all customers receive top-tier service and satisfaction by leading by example and maintaining high service standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and storage.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge or interest in automotive products, accessories, and services is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
