We (Tint World) are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter at 7327 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga Tenn. to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive glass installation, with a strong emphasis on quality and precision. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Window Tinter will play a crucial role in enhancing vehicle aesthetics and functionality by applying window film to various types of vehicles.
Duties
- Install window tinting film on various vehicles, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for proper installation.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to meet customer specifications and expectations.
- Utilize Auto Glass Replacement (AGR) techniques for optimal results.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Handle heavy lifting of glass materials and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that may affect tinting processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto glass installation or automotive repair is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle components and systems.
- Familiarity with auto estimating processes is a plus.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
