We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, and customer service within our shop. From setting sales targets to developing strategies and ensuring operational efficiency, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives.
Services We Offer: window tinting, PPF (clear bra), vinyl wraps, ceramic coating, paint correction, suspension & residential & commercial window tinting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to maximize their potential and performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, product quality, and customer satisfaction to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet financial targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related field, preferably in automotive services or home improvement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of window tinting, PPF (clear bra), vinyl wraps, ceramic coating, paint correction, detailing, and other related services is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
