Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Prior insurance sales is not required. We will train and assist in acquiring the necessary license.

Position has a salary of $18.50 an hour plus commissions. Realistic commissions of around $1200 per month. Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
• Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
• Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Provide a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Someone with the eagerness to learn and achieve goals in insurance sales
• Prior Sales or Telemarketing is a plus
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
