Job Description
- Follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching materials
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities
- Ensure that child care routines are carried out in a manner that is prompt, hygienic, and consistent with the good child development principles. This includes routines related to diapering, hand washing, eating, napping and transitioning between activities.
- Remain in constant communication with parents and update them on the progress of their children
- Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord
- Ensure the safety of children through constant supervision, effective arrangement of space, proper maintenance of equipment, and regular practice of fire drills and other emergency procedures
- Provide experiences that promote individual expression through conversation, play and creativity.
- Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
Job Requirements
- Patience, flexibility and love for children
- Must have a warm and supportive attitude and disposition toward working with children and their families.
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High school diplomas
- Willing to get CPR and Mat certifications
- CDA
