POSITION: Teaching and Administrative Role
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and innovative preschool center in the heart of Mountain View, CA? At Tiny Einstein Child Development Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and education to 65 families and their children aged 2-6.
OBJECTIVE:
We are currently interviewing for a Teaching position with Office Assistant responsibilities. This dual-role position is essential for fostering communication and coordination between our teaching staff and parents.
The ideal candidate will have preschool teaching experience and be able to work part-time in the classroom and part-time in the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Part-time teaching role as a floater
- Assisting with office tasks such as preparing menus, managing schedules, creating school newsletters, organizing photos, etc.
- Providing breaks for teachers and supporting classroom activities.
- Handling paperwork and maintaining organized records.
- Communicating effectively with parents and staff.
- Answering phone calls, greeting students, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assisting children who may become ill while waiting for their parents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Educational qualifications: At least 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) and 3 admin units
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A genuine enthusiasm for Tiny Einstein CDC's educational philosophy.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
