Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall child welfare.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support the learning process and address any concerns.
- Educate children through play-based learning activities that enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing individualized support as needed, including special education accommodations when necessary.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and improve teaching strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged students is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with lesson planning techniques that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support in literacy or math is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members.
