Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Support students with disabilities by employing tailored teaching strategies and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to encourage improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the community to support student success.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development.
