Are you ready to inspire and nurture the next generation of explorers? Tiny Green Trees Nature-Based Childcare Center & Forest School in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a Full-Time or Part Time INFANT & TODDLER Lead Qualified Teacher to join our incredible 32-person team. Located in the heart of Milwaukee at 921 N 49th St, next to the beautiful Doyne Park, Tiny Green Trees offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work in a nurturing, eco-friendly, and outdoor-focused environment. You’ll help guide infants and toddlers through their critical developmental milestones while embracing the natural world as a classroom!
What You’ll Do:
As an Infant & Toddler Lead Teacher, you’ll be a key player in the foundation of young children’s growth. You’ll celebrate their "firsts" with them, and help them prepare for the next steps in their journey, all while creating a safe, joyful, and engaging environment. Whether inside our cozy indoor spaces or exploring our outdoor wonderland, you’ll build relationships with our tiniest learners and watch them thrive!

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a licensed group center
- Lead Teacher Qualified in the Wisconsin Registry (required)
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprints
- Must be 21 or older to be a Lead Teacher
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a love for fostering curiosity in young learners
