We are seeking passionate and dedicated Daycare Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our team. Example of Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and growth.
- Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom activities, including organizing playtime, educational games, and arts and crafts.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team environment focused on the best interests of the children.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diaper changes, and nap times.
Requirements
- Experience in day care or early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Background in caregiving or childcare, with an understanding of developmental milestones for infants and toddlers.
- Ability to work effectively with children of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members.
- A nurturing personality with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus.
