Tiny Steps Learning Center is a nurturing and engaging childcare center dedicated to the growth and development of young minds. We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged nursery -5 years.
Responsibilities : The Toddler Teacher will educate and care for children ages nursery -5 years teaching age-appropriate skills and subjects. Responsibilities include :
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a warm and safe classroom environment where toddlers feel secure and supported.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure the wellbeing of all children.
- Observe and document each child's development to identify their individual needs.
