Tiny Tech Learning Lab in Philadelphia, PA is seeking Teacher Aides and Floaters to join our team. We are located at 5951 Rising Sun Ave., Philadelphia PA 19120. We hold Keystone STAR 4 Designation, and we need dependable staff to fill these positions. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, reliable, and has a passion for working with young children.
Responsibilities
· Assist with supervising children individually and in small groups.
· Provide care, guidance and developmental experiences, meeting the appropriate educational and emotional needs of the children.
· Provide and assist in personal hygiene practices, including diapering and toileting, and handling other issues as necessary.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Clean background check, child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprint clearance, NSOR clearance and current health assessment including TB screening.
· Ability to work well with children.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to communicate effectively.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred
