We are a unique tiny home resort in South Fork, Colorado. The on-site bistro boasts a new kitchen, fresh ingredients and professionally trained baristas. Our mission statement is simple: "Be the Light." Surrounded by 2 million acres of National Forest, South Fork is a base camp location for skiing, fly fishing, ATV riding, Snowmobiling, Hiking, Biking and all other outdoor activities.

Tiny Timbers Bistro at Tiny Timbers Resort is searching for a passionate and professional chef to join our team. This is an immediate opening. The menu is simple and fresh and the environment is face-paced during tourist season.

This year-round position will be laid back during the off-season and very busy during the summer months. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch year round and turns into a Spanish Tapas restaurant on the weekends during the summer! The Chef is responsible for the Tapas dinners and is an important support to the kitchen for breakfast and lunch.

Tiny Timbers is known for quality - whether it's our scratch breakfasts and authentic Italian specialty coffees or our Spanish Tapas dinners. Our customers love us and we love serving them amazing food in a bright and positive atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
