Technical Support Analyst

TinyMobileRobots is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to work with mobile robots designed for painting athletic fields and infrastructure marking. We are looking for a service-minded customer ambassador who is patient, has a sense of humour, and an eye for detail, so our customers can always receive the best support.

Your main responsibilities will be online phone support, including troubleshooting the customers' robots and escalating complex issues to the next level of support.

Responsibilities

• Addressing routine issues such as internet, GPS, and common software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Documenting and logging all support calls in Zendesk.
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to Tier 3 support when necessary.
• Ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience by providing prompt assistance

Qualifications

• Has a broad range of skills in network and desktop applications, methods, and procedures
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely manner
• Capable of delivering a strong support and troubleshooting experience
• Accustomed to multitasking and moving in an often fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot via remote access tools
• A positive attitude, motivation, and strong work ethic
• Experience with electronic and electrical components and troubleshooting
• Strong ability to communicate both orally and in writing to customers, internal staff, and management
• Integrates as a natural part of a strong team
• Experience with engineering is a bonus but not required
