Job Description summary:
Responsible for providing great customer service while selling race programs to guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Responsible for setting up the program stand before every race.
- Responsible for accurate inventory of programs to be noted on stand sheet .
- Responsible for selling programs and balancing bank against paper work.
- Provide information regarding race data and any current and/or future events at the Facility or another Race Track..
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED required. Horse racing knowledge preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract numbers to provide accurate paper work.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
